A quote from Appetites by Geneen Roth:

To my friends...this is a declaration that I am a work in progress toward being this kind of friend.

That's a great qoute!!
Why does it seem like just a large task to accomplish? I think I can be most of these things most of the time - but then worry sets in about hurting, disappointing, not feeling equally supported, or the same people - maybe - I am not sure that is quite it either
